I am the creator of TuneyLoons. Don't ask me where the name came from but I just had to decide something at short notice to call my blog. What can I say about me other than I'm fast approaching an age with a zero and that's all I need to say.
I spend my days working for a marketing firm on the phone pestering people in business' to agree to having a meeting for our varied and many clients. Aside for this I have a very hairy husband Ian and live in a small Essex village overlooking the village green. Life is good and we have a stupendous local hostellry selling many fine ales, which pleases Himself! My weekends are filled with fun, friends and coun'ry pursuits. I've come to the age when I appreciate looking around old relics... but enough about Ian. I finally joined the National Trust and before too long it's English Heritaage too. Oh dear am I that old already, I'm only 39 ... and now I've given it away.
If there's one thing I want more than anything, other than what I have already (love, sustenance and shelter) is a dog. Oh what I'd do for a dog! But because I love them so much, I won't have one while we're out at work all day, I have a burden of responsiblity not to leave a little life like that at home all day on it's own.
I'm a trainee potter/ceramist/sculptor sounds very grand but its just something I do on a Saturday morning to relieve the stress of the week. I'm studying for my City & Guilds in the subject.
Finally a more personal thing about me is that I am a Heathen. Don't know really why I mention it except that it is part of who I am. Heathenism is a subsect of Paganism and we honour a pantheon of gods. Look it up if you want to know more.
Enough rambling for now I'm new to this so how all this will read I'm not sure but there we go. I welcome any communication and hope to continue with my blog on a regular basis.
Sleep well dear readers.
